Clete Davis has an extensive background in consulting and engineering. His experience includes 13 years as an engineer and project manager for a major Midwestern mechanical contractor, working on projects as diverse as schools, hospitals, power plants, oil refineries, and commercial buildings.

Following that time, he worked as the resident field engineer on the construction of the North Building of the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, Illinois.

In 1989, Davis joined Kirkegaard Associates, spending the next 15 years as a noise control specialist on many domestic and overseas projects, including Symphony Center Orchestra Hall in Chicago, the Denver Performing Arts Complex, Overture Performing Arts Center in Madison, Chinese University in Hong Kong, Royal Shakespeare Theater in London, and the O’Hare International Terminal in Chicago.

Davis is a full member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE).

Davis is a professional violinist and private instructor, having performed solo and in many orchestras. His background as both engineer and musician enables him to contribute a unique perspective to projects at TALASKE.
